I would recommend this CD highly to anyone. Particularly, however, it would be great for a person just starting to listen to reggae music. There was a great reggae band on my cruise during Spring Break, and I became hooked. This was my first reggae CD, and although I have bought many since then it is still my favorite. Unlike many mix CD’s, it has hits by famous artists.
Even new fans will probably be familiar with many of these songs. “Red red wine” is one of the best songs there is, and sounds better on this CD than on the actual UB40 CD that I own. “Wild World” and “Sweat” are songs almost everyone will know, and the others are equally memorable. This CD is great to play at an outdoor barbeque or pool party, in the car, or just about anywhere in fact! Reggae can put anyone in a great mood! Even if you have never listened to reggae, I highly recommend adding this CD to your collection.
